Compliance and traceability in case of control
Companies must ensure that their equipment, especially those using gases such as SF6, is regularly maintained and maintained in accordance with the regulations in force, particularly in case of control by the competent authorities.

Maintenance of the analysers
The analysers must be maintained every 2 years, as recommended by the manufacturer DILO, in order to ensure their optimal performance. However, this time may be reduced if the frequency of use exceeds the average specified by the manufacturer or if the quality of the recovered gas is insufficient. In order to ensure regular monitoring, it is possible to carry out a verification report every 6 months on the analysers, allowing any anomaly to be detected before it affects their effectiveness.

The service groups
Service groups must be maintained annually, including the replacement of filters and other essential components to ensure their proper functioning. If maintenance has not been performed for some time, other parts may also require replacement, which we will determine after a full diagnosis. In addition, the hoses must be changed every 6 years to ensure system safety and performance. In order to facilitate logistics, the maintenance of service groups can be carried out directly on site, at the customer or in our center, as required
